Commercial AV integration and live event production. Woodinville, Washington, since 2001.
We tell you the thing you did not want to hear.
That meant telling a company weeks away from committing seven figures that their network had no multicast traffic management of any kind. We look at what is actually there before anyone designs anything, and you get the finding whether or not it helps us sell you something.
The numbers, and what they actually mean
Two footnotes, because numbers without them are decoration. The 12,500 counts projects and events across our venue partnerships, staging and live events, and commercial integration. And the 97% is a share of clients, not a share of projects.
We look at the network before we look at the room
Commercial AV stopped being furniture. It is an IT system with speakers attached, it lives on your network, and it fails the way network things fail: quietly, intermittently, and in front of people.
So before we design a room we find out what it is going to sit on. How the network is segmented. Whether multicast is being managed or merely tolerated. What happens to all of it at nine in the morning when the building wakes up.
We have walked into a seven figure opportunity and found no multicast traffic management of any kind. That finding did not help us sell anything. We gave it to them anyway, because a company that only tells you what it found when the finding is convenient is not actually telling you what it found.
Four ways to work with us
Installation and Integration
Design, engineering, installation and handover for commercial AV, standardized on Q-SYS and built to hold the same standard in one room or two hundred.
Installation and IntegrationManaged AV
The install does not end at the final invoice. We standardize your rooms onto one platform, then patch, maintain and refresh them on a schedule you can put in a budget.
Managed AVStaging and Live Events
Audio, video, lighting, rigging and crew for general sessions, town halls and productions, with named accountability from kickoff to debrief.
Staging and Live EventsVenue Partnership
We put our capital into your building, own and maintain the equipment, staff a director on your floor, and split the revenue with you.
Venue Partnership
Two of those four are opposites on purpose. Under managed AV the equipment is yours and we maintain it. Under a venue partnership the equipment is ours and we fund it. If you are weighing both, that difference is the entire conversation.
The record, and who says so
Largest indoor DvLED integration on the West Coast. 2025. Source: Absen North America.
We name the source and the year, because a record claim without either is just a sentence a marketing department wrote about itself.
We are not right for everyone
If the lowest number wins, we will lose and we would rather lose early. We charge for discovery, we audit before we design, and both of those show up in the price.
If you want a managed agreement on rooms running four different control systems, we will say no. Managing to a standard requires the standard.
If you are a venue where event AV combined with permanent systems work runs under roughly seven figures a year, a partnership does not work for either of us, and we will tell you that on the first call rather than the fourth.
