David Delaney

Founder & CEO

David is a Co-Founder and current Chief Executive Officer of Service Solutions AV. Prior to 2001 David worked for PSAV, now Encore Global. David has also worked for Hilton and Marriott International in a variety of leadership roles.

David spends the bulk of his time researching emerging technology and meeting with manufactures, distributors, and dealers to ensure SSAV is at the forefront of the AV industry. David is also responsible for the overseeing the installation division of Service Solutions.

David is highly regarded as the visionary behind Service Solutions approach to audio visual and brings his passion to the team in every environment.

David lives in Mukilteo, Washington with his wife and two children. David likes to recharge with various outdoor activities such as hiking, mountain biking, and mountaineering. He is also a lifetime Kansas City Royals Fan.

James Mancino

Founder & COO

James is a Co-Founder and current Chief Operating Officer of Service Solutions AV. Pre-SSAV, James worked in a variety of hotel hospitality roles with a foundation in F&B. James met Dave while they were working at the Bellevue Red Lion over two decades ago. Both were interested in providing the Seattle market with a customer-first option for AV that did not exist at the time. It was there they founded Service Solutions.

James currently spends much of his time overseeing company operations and works hand in hand with the CFO and GM to mobilize resources, develop procedures, and refine talent. James’s intangible is relationship building. His open-door policy not only makes him approachable but also a leader in the development of staff.

James resides in Gilbert, Arizona, and Bellevue, Washington. He enjoys a variety of healthy activities, such a weight training hiking, and is an avid golfer. He is a lifelong fan of the Seattle Seahawks and a season ticket holder.

Jen Gelinas

CFO

Jen began her career as a business administrator with Service Solutions over a decade ago and has since been promoted to the company’s Chief Financial Officer.

Jen graduated with a degree in Business Management from Washington State University. Jen oversees the companies’ budgets and forecasts. Jen also works hand in hand with the sales team to ensure appropriate goals are established.

Jen is proud to be a C-Suite woman in tech who always deals in good faith and values building long-lasting partnerships with her clients and colleagues.

Jen lives in Renton, Washington, and is a devoted wife and a mother to four boys. She enjoys spending time with her family and experiencing the great outdoors.

Tim Karman

Director of Installation & Integration

Tim is the current Director of Installation & Integration at Service Solutions. Tim began his AV career as a Producer and AV Technician. Tim has two degrees, one from the University of Washington in Computer Science and the other from Shoreline CC in Audio Engineering. Tim also holds a variety of certifications, including ones from Shure, Dante, Crown, and Kramer.

 Tim is committed to continuous education and works diligently with the CEO to procure and deploy the best equipment across the organization. Tim is a skilled designer and programmer with a vast array of knowledge across AV disciplines. Tim was instrumental in designing and deploying the early software at SSAV and still oversees that scope of work.

 Tim’s interests include producing and making music, traveling, and building proprietary technology for both business and personal applications. Tim lives in Lynnwood, Washington, and is a lifetime native of the Pacific Northwest.

Jose Martinez

General Manager

Jose was named the General Manager of Service Solutions Audio Visual on January 1, 2023.  Previously, Jose served as Area Manager of Venues for Encore Global.  He is responsible for leading all aspects related to Event Technology Operations, resulting in successful meetings and events throughout the US.

Jose began his career in 1995 with Swank Audio Visuals, starting at the Hyatt Regency Capitol Hill, Washington D.C.  He was promoted to Director of Audio-Visual Services at the Loews L’Enfant Plaza, Washington, DC in 1998. Previously, he worked for G.E. Capital, and The Bradenton Herald Newspaper in various leadership roles.  Jose also served in The United States Marine Corps during Desert Storm/Desert Shield. Jose earned his bachelor’s degree in business Sociology from the University of Indiana-Evansville, in Evansville, IN.

Outside of work, Jose coaches High School and Youth League Football.  He lives in Kirkland, Washington.  He enjoys the outdoors, keeping in shape, spiritually and physically.  Jose also has a strong allegiance to the Dallas Cowboys and The Florida Gators.  “How Bout them Cowboys” “GO GATORS”
